You can order an SSL certificate without any worries. Our customers have the option to cancel their SSL certificate order without reason up to 30 days after ordering. If the certificate is not satisfactory for any reason, your payment will be refunded in full based on the policy below.

Refund Guarantee Policy:

• Server and Code SSL certificate orders may be cancelled at any time up to 30 days from the customer's order confirmation.
• The customer will receive a full refund of the SSL certificate price.
• The rule is only valid for issued and valid SSL certificates.
• Cancellation of an order is only possible in writing, sent to the contact email address. The request must include the domain name and order number and must be sent from the Admin, Tech or Billing contact of the certificate in question.
• The SSL certificate is immediately invalidated upon notification.
• The customer is required to remove the SSL certificate from the server within 48 hours of notification. Failure to do so will result in no refund.
• Code certificates
  • The refund is reduced by shipping costs and the USB token.
• Personal certificates for Electronic Signature
  • The order can be cancelled at any time within 14 days of the customer's order confirmation.
• In case of payment of the certificate by a method other than bank transfer, the SSLmentor project operator reserves the right to charge a transaction fee depending on the type of payment method, which may amount to 3-5% of the certificate price.
• If the customer does not complete the personal validation process and their data is assessed as suspicious or fraudulent, the refunded amount may be reduced by up to 25% to cover the costs associated with the refund and handling of suspicious orders. The same rule applies if the certification authority deems the order to be fraudulent.
• PLEASE NOTE: The 30 Day Money Back Guarantee may not apply to the purchase of subscription products or additional SANs (Subject Alternative Names) due to certain CA limitations. Pertaining to subscription products - you can cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access to the subscription service through the end of your billing period. To the extent permitted by the applicable law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month subscription periods.
